Intelligent Manufacturing Diagnosis in Yibin City Helps Our Company Move towards a New Stage of High Quality Development

Yibin City, in order to continue to promote the digital, networked, intelligent transformation of emerging industries, and further enhance the regional manufacturing productivity and innovation, the city's economic cooperation and emerging industries bureau to carry out the "emerging industries key enterprise consulting and diagnostic services project", to help enterprises to enhance the level of intelligent manufacturing. The project service enterprises total more than 20, after the report, by screening, our company has the honour to participate in this activity, through the implementation of this activity, so that our company intelligent manufacturing construction to a new level with a new understanding and implementation of the programme.

From 17th to 20th February 2023, the expert team of Guangzhou Saibo Certification Centre, as a diagnostic service provider, came to our company to carry out consulting and diagnostic service work.

At the kick-off communication meeting, the expert group teachers understood the digital intelligent transformation needs of our company, mainly focusing on business process reshaping, upgrading logistics and distribution mechanism, enterprise automation transformation, and collaboration with suppliers. Combined with the current situation and needs of the enterprise, the experts carried out intelligent manufacturing transformation communication training for the middle and senior management of the enterprise, shared the concept of intelligent manufacturing and excellent enterprise cases, and helped the enterprise to enhance the awareness of intelligent transformation.

After the meeting the diagnostic expert team went deep into the workshop to communicate in detail with the relevant department heads, sensory to understand the level of enterprise intelligent manufacturing. After the visit was completed, the team was divided into three groups, focusing on four major capability elements and its 18 sub-capability domains, such as personnel, technology, resources, manufacturing, etc., and using the company's existing data, resources, systems, operating modes, etc., as the basis for multi-dimensional inspection of informatisation, lean, digitalisation, intelligence, etc., expert interviews, on-site investigation, benchmarking and analysis, to find the key indicator gaps, optimise the enterprise's intelligent manufacturing construction, and to help the company promote the implementation of intelligent manufacturing. manufacturing implementation.

During the diagnosis period, for the insufficient application of lean improvement tools in our company, we specially use the noon break time to organise all team leader members, conduct lean tool training, and provide corresponding materials for students to learn, and set up WeChat group for coaching and exchanging, to continue to help improve the ability of the team leader.

Finally, after the workshop site visit, the expert group understands the basic situation of the enterprise and the level of intelligent manufacturing, initially analyses the core advantages of the enterprise as well as constraints on the development of the pain point problem, understand the enterprise intelligent manufacturing capacity to enhance the demand, clear the direction of the enterprise intelligent transformation and enhancement. Follow-up expert group to further discuss and analyse, targeted development of the company's intelligent transformation of the top planning and implementation of the landing programme.
